SwasthBook is a service, not a shop — there are no physical products to ship. This page explains how our services are delivered.
1. No physical shipping
SwasthBook does not sell or ship any physical goods. We provide an online platform to discover doctors and clinics, book appointments and pay consultation fees. There is nothing to be dispatched or couriered.
2. Digital confirmation — delivered instantly
As soon as you complete a booking (and any required payment), your appointment confirmation is delivered immediately inside the app and to your registered email. You will also receive a reminder before your appointment.
3. The medical service itself
Your consultation or treatment is provided in person at the clinic you booked, at the scheduled date and time. The independent clinic delivers the medical care; a prepaid consultation fee (if any) goes towards that visit.
4. What to bring
- your booking confirmation (available in the app);
- a valid photo ID; and
- any previous medical records or prescriptions, if relevant.
5. If something goes wrong
If you cannot attend, please cancel or reschedule in advance — see our Cancellation & Refunds policy. For any issue with a booking, contact us at hello@swasthbook.com.
